Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChargEV. By using it, you confirm that you are.

ChargEV helps you discover EV charging stations and slot availability, and lets supply-side users list and manage charging points. Station and map information is sourced from third parties and the community (e.g. Open Charge Map, OpenStreetMap) and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always verify availability, pricing and access before relying on it.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Supply-side accounts (owner/operator/society) may require verification (KYC) before listings go live.

• Don’t submit false, infringing or unlawful content.
• Don’t misuse, scrape, overload or attempt to break the service.
• Respect the usage terms of the underlying open data providers.

Where booking/reservation features are offered, they are provided on an as-is basis.ChargEV is not responsible for the operation, pricing, safety or availability of any third-party charging station.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChargEV is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on station data.

You can request deletion of your account at any time from Profile → Request account deletion or at chargev.info/legal/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts.
